The starting point
A better store starts with the buying journey.
Before choosing layouts, we work through what you sell, who buys it and how retail and trade customers place orders. We plan the homepage, collections, product pages, accounts and checkout journey, then agree the theme, apps and integrations needed to deliver the design.

01Shopify Web Design
B2B & B2C store planning
Turn your products, retail and trade customer needs, and commercial priorities into a clear store structure and build brief.
Map navigation, catalogue access and purchase journeys for each customer type. For B2B stores, agree requirements such as trade accounts, quantity rules, pricing and repeat ordering, then check which Shopify plan and features support them before development.
02Shopify Web Design
Page design & mobile journeys
Design consistent layouts that help customers find, compare and understand products.
Work through navigation, collection browsing and product decisions at mobile and desktop sizes. Consider readable type, keyboard use, clear controls and the information needed before adding to the basket.

03Shopify Web Design
Custom Shopify build
Build the design into editable sections and templates, with custom apps, customer-account features and integrations where the brief requires them.
Customise product pages, collection layouts, cart behaviour and reusable content sections. Connect existing apps or build custom functionality, and extend supported checkout and account areas where needed. Make plan requirements, editing controls and maintenance part of the design discussion.
04Shopify Web Design
Launch checks & handover
Check the store against the brief and prepare your team for day-to-day use.
Test representative products, navigation, forms and purchase journeys before release. Review redirects where URLs change, agree the launch steps and give your team a clear guide to managing the finished store.
Four stages. Clear accountability.
From finding the issue
to putting it right.
Agree the work, carry it through and check the result. Each stage has a clear purpose.
Understand
Get to know the business, review the detail and find the underlying issues.
Prioritise
Agree the scope, commercial priorities and the order of work.
Implement
Make the changes, check the detail and put the work into use.
Review
Look at what changed and agree the next practical improvement.
Shopify Web Design
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Can you redesign our existing Shopify store?
Yes. We review what is working, what needs to change and which content or functionality should carry forward. The brief can cover a full redesign or a smaller set of page improvements.
Can you design a store for both trade and retail customers?
Yes. We can build separate B2B and B2C sites or a combined store, depending on the business requirements. We plan the content, product access, pricing and ordering experience for each audience and confirm the Shopify features needed.
Do we need a completely custom theme?
Not always. A suitable existing theme with careful customisation may meet the brief. We discuss the editing needs, functionality and budget before choosing the approach.
Can you move our current site to Shopify as part of the build?
Yes. Design and migration can be scoped together. The migration work covers the data, URL changes, integrations and launch checks as well as the new storefront.
The wider picture
More capability.
Less overhead.
Development, marketplace management, advertising and reporting are often spread across several people or suppliers. We bring the work together to reduce duplication, cut coordination time and help lower your existing overhead.
