The starting point

Connect the listing, the price and the market.

We bring 20 years of experience in website and marketplace selling. A useful eBay improvement plan starts with how your products compete and where your revenue comes from. We review marketplace demand, competing offers, listing quality and advertising costs, then make changes to the products with the clearest commercial opportunity.

Listing content & item specifics

Rewrite titles and descriptions, improve listing images and complete item specifics, categories and variations so buyers can find and evaluate the right product.

Use relevant buyer search terms in titles and make size, condition, compatibility and other purchase details clear. Improve the main image and supporting image sequence, remove confusing description formatting and check the mobile presentation. Carry repeatable content improvements across the catalogue without losing product-specific detail. Our experience includes marketplace listing systems and listing enhancement apps that carry checked improvements across a catalogue.

Marketplace & competitor analysis

We compile our own sales data on your competitors to analyse demand and market positioning. Use Pareto analysis to identify the products contributing most to your revenue and margin.

Compare prices, delivery promises, product ranges and listing presentation across relevant sellers. Use our competitor sales data alongside your own revenue and contribution by product to identify opportunities. Apply Pareto analysis to see which products account for most of your sales and prioritise the listings with the strongest commercial potential.

Repricing tools & pricing rules

We have built repricing programs and can develop, configure or improve tools around product matching, price floors, costs and your competitive position.

Set minimum prices using product cost, marketplace fees, delivery and the margin you need to retain. Define which competitors and comparable products should influence changes, along with maximum prices and exceptions. Test the rules on a controlled group of listings and review their effect on sales and margin before wider use.

eBay Ads optimisation

Create and reorganise promoted listing campaigns, choose which products to advertise and optimise ad rates, bids and budgets around commercial performance.

Group products by demand, margin and stock, then adjust the targeting and controls available for each campaign type. Review advertising costs, attributed sales and total listing performance to spot products worth expanding or excluding. Keep eBay advertising decisions connected to repricing so additional sales still make commercial sense.

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Can you work with our existing listings and repricing tools?

Yes. We can improve existing content and review the tools already connected to your account. Repricing work includes checking product matches, costs, minimum prices and exceptions before changes are applied more widely. We have also built marketplace listing systems, listing enhancement apps and repricing programs, so we can assess where a custom tool would help.

What does Pareto analysis tell us about our eBay account?

It shows how revenue or margin is distributed across the catalogue, including whether a small group of products contributes most of the result. We use the actual distribution to prioritise listing, stock, pricing and advertising work; we do not assume it will follow an exact 80/20 split.

Can you analyse competitor revenue and manage eBay Ads?

Yes. We compile our own sales data on your competitors to assess their performance and positioning. We also create and optimise eBay Ads, reviewing advertising cost alongside product margin and overall sales.
