What types of operational apps have you built?

Do we need a custom app or a theme change?
A theme change may be enough for page layout or a storefront interaction. An app is more suitable when the work needs its own data, background processing, admin interface or connections. We establish the simplest maintainable approach during discovery.
Can you build an app for use by other merchants?
