Ongoing Shopify development, fixes & store care
Shopify support with clear priorities and ownership.
A live store always has a next change: a new range, an app issue, a campaign page or a problem the team has worked around for too long. We provide ongoing Shopify support with an agreed scope, a visible queue of work and a practical process for checking and releasing changes.

The starting point
Keep the store useful as the business changes.
Shopify runs the underlying platform, but your theme, apps, content and connected systems still need attention. We help manage that part of the store. The starting point is a review of the current setup and outstanding issues, followed by a support arrangement that matches the work and the level of cover you need.

01Shopify Support & Maintenance
Understand the setup and immediate issues
Review the theme, apps and dependencies before taking on ongoing changes.
Record the store’s key functions, custom code and important integrations. Review known faults, recent changes and available documentation with your team. This creates a shared starting point and identifies work that should be stabilised before a stream of new requests is added.
02Shopify Support & Maintenance
Keep a clear queue of agreed work
Turn requests into scoped tasks with a sensible order of delivery.
Separate urgent faults from planned improvements and content changes. Clarify the expected outcome, any dependencies and who needs to review the work. Agree how priorities can change, how estimates are handled and what falls outside the support arrangement, so the team can plan around a realistic capacity.

03Shopify Support & Maintenance
Make changes with release checks
Develop fixes and improvements with the live buying journey in mind.
Use an appropriate development or preview environment for theme work, then check key journeys and affected apps before release. Review mobile behaviour and relevant accessibility or performance concerns. Keep a record of changes and agree how to recover if an update causes an unexpected problem.
04Shopify Support & Maintenance
Review the health of the ongoing setup
Revisit recurring problems and decide what deserves a longer-term fix.
Look at repeated support requests, unnecessary apps and fragile workarounds alongside the business roadmap. Agree periodic checks for the areas in scope and keep documentation current as the store changes. The aim is a manageable setup and a team that knows where to go when something needs attention.
Four stages. Clear accountability.
From finding the issue
to putting it right.
Agree the work, carry it through and check the result. Each stage has a clear purpose.
Understand
Get to know the business, review the detail and find the underlying issues.
Prioritise
Agree the scope, commercial priorities and the order of work.
Implement
Make the changes, check the detail and put the work into use.
Review
Look at what changed and agree the next practical improvement.
Shopify Support & Maintenance
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Do you offer emergency or round-the-clock support?
Availability, response targets and escalation routes are agreed in the support scope. We do not assume that every arrangement includes continuous cover. Tell us the trading hours and business risks the support needs to address.
Can you support a store built by another developer?
Yes, subject to an initial review and suitable access. We check the theme, custom code, apps and documentation first, then agree any stabilisation work and the boundaries of ongoing support.
Does Shopify itself need software updates from us?
Shopify manages its hosted platform. Our support focuses on the parts of your store you control, such as theme changes, app compatibility, custom features, content and integrations. Responsibilities are made clear in the scope.
Can support include new features?
Yes. Planned development can sit alongside fixes and maintenance where agreed. Larger features may need their own brief and delivery schedule so they do not make day-to-day support unpredictable.
The wider picture
More capability.
Less overhead.
Development, marketplace management, advertising and reporting are often spread across several people or suppliers. We bring the work together to reduce duplication, cut coordination time and help lower your existing overhead.
