Conversion rate optimisation for Shopify stores
Shopify CRO focused on better buying decisions.
More traffic is only part of the opportunity. We improve the experience people find when they reach your Shopify store: how they discover products, understand the offer and complete a purchase. The work combines customer evidence, practical improvements and experiments where the data can support them.

The starting point
Find the hesitation behind the numbers.
A conversion rate on its own cannot explain why customers leave. We look at the traffic mix, product range and available journey data alongside the pages people use. That helps distinguish a usability problem from an issue with stock, delivery, pricing or the audience reaching the store.

01Shopify CRO
Build a useful starting point
Check the measurement and understand where the buying journey loses momentum.
Review key events, device differences and the paths into collections and product pages. Use customer questions and any available research to explain the numbers. Agree the commercial measures that matter, including revenue, margin or enquiry quality where appropriate, before judging a change only by how many people click.
02Shopify CRO
Prioritise changes with a clear rationale
Turn findings into specific improvements and testable questions.
A proposal should identify the customer problem, the change and the expected behaviour. We rank the work by evidence, likely value, effort and dependencies. Straightforward faults can be corrected directly; uncertain ideas may need a controlled test or further research before wider development.

03Shopify CRO
Improve and test the experience
Develop changes to product discovery, page content and the path to purchase.
Work through navigation, filters, product information, delivery messages and basket interactions. Check the experience on mobile and desktop, including accessibility and any app dependencies. When an experiment is appropriate, agree the audience, duration, success measures and decision rules before it begins.
04Shopify CRO
Review results and keep the learning
Assess the evidence and decide whether to keep, revise or remove a change.
Look for meaningful changes in the agreed measures, while considering seasonality, campaign activity and the mix of customers. Record unsuccessful and inconclusive tests as well as useful results. A maintained decision log stops the team repeating assumptions and gives the next round of work a clearer starting point.
Four stages. Clear accountability.
From finding the issue
to putting it right.
Agree the work, carry it through and check the result. Each stage has a clear purpose.
Understand
Get to know the business, review the detail and find the underlying issues.
Prioritise
Agree the scope, commercial priorities and the order of work.
Implement
Make the changes, check the detail and put the work into use.
Review
Look at what changed and agree the next practical improvement.
Shopify CRO
Your questions.
Clear answers.
Does our store have enough traffic for A/B testing?
That depends on the baseline conversion rate, the size of change you need to detect and the traffic available. We assess feasibility first. Lower-volume stores can still benefit from usability reviews, customer feedback and fixing clear problems.
What is the difference between a Shopify audit and CRO?
An audit identifies issues across an agreed scope. CRO is an ongoing process of improving the buying journey, evaluating changes and applying what is learned. An audit can provide the starting point for that work.
Do you guarantee a conversion uplift?
No. Some changes will help, some will be inconclusive and some should be reversed. We agree the measurement and decisions in advance, then report the findings accurately rather than treating every release as a win.
Can you implement the recommendations?
Yes. We can carry out agreed design, content and theme changes, or work with your existing developers. The brief makes clear who builds the change, who checks it and how it will be released.
The wider picture
More capability.
Less overhead.
Development, marketplace management, advertising and reporting are often spread across several people or suppliers. We bring the work together to reduce duplication, cut coordination time and help lower your existing overhead.
